PREFERRED GLOBAL, a global industrial painting and flooring company, needed a partner to help increase their brand exposure and Web site traffic. PLAID seized the challenge, diving into PREFERRED GLOBAL’s current site, opportunities to improve SEO, and ways to increase organic search ratings. Based on these inputs, PLAID developed a strategy to revamp the design and content of the Web site.
Based on consumer insight and data, PLAID created a vibrant UI/UX layout with an organic flow, and content with clear, concise messaging. Based on data analysis completed six months post-launch, the site goals surpassed expectations, ultimately significantly increasing Web site traffic converting leads and expanding PREFERRED GLOBAL’s footprint.
